Making a Complaint Policy

Happy Feet Preschool envision building professional and positive relationships with parents / carers and other professional and would hope that a complaint never arises.


Should a complaint be made towards Happy Feet Preschool as a company or towards a member of staff we aim to efficiently and professional resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.



-       If a complaint arises, Happy Feet Preschool would like to work alongside the parent / carer / staff member in resolving the complaint         professionally to the standards expected

-       The individual who has made the complaint would need to log the complaint via email or letter and give Happy Feet Preschool 14         days to correspond.

-       If the individual making the complaint is not satisfied with the outcome or wishes to make a complaint immediately the details for are         below:
